20 minutes of fun! LETS DO THIS! We're doing 60 seconds of each exercise and working the entire body in this home workout. It will get progressively harder over time since the exercise is for a full minute, but don't give up. The concept of this video is to go as far as you can, then rest when you need to. You do not need to finish the full 60 seconds if you can't. The purpose of this 3 week challenge is to compare your progression over the 3 weeks and hopefully see yourself getting stronger by the end of it and be able to complete each 60 seconds in good form and in a decent amount of reps!
