Isolation Birthday Cake Energy Balls

(30 balls)
1/2 cup cashew butter (just roasted cashews + salt)
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon almond extract
1/3 cup packed fine blanched almond flour
¼ cup flaxseed meal, plus a tablespoon more if needed (I haven't tested subs)
2 scoops of Blackstone Labs Vanilla Isolation Protein
2 tablespoons sprinkles (optional)

1. Mix all Ingredients together.
2. Ball into quarter size balls, using a mini ice cream scooper. (Use wax paper to separate layers of balls).
3. Put in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to set.
